RON allows you to have documents notarized securely via live video from anywhere in the World (as long as the document us related to the United States).
What identification do I need for notarization?
Valid government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport is required for all notarizations. Identification must generally be current or otherwise acceptable under Arizona law.
Can you notarize a document without identification?
No. Every signer must provide acceptable identification or otherwise meet Arizona’s legal identification requirements.
Can you notarize documents for out-of-state clients?
I can notarize documents for clients anywhere via remote online notarization where legally permitted.
Do you provide witnesses?
Yes, witness availability varies. Please contact me before your appointment if witnesses are required.
Do I sign my document before the appointment?
No. Most documents should be signed in the presence of the notary unless the document specifically instructs otherwise.
What if my document is incomplete?
Arizona notaries cannot notarize documents that contain significant blank spaces or appear incomplete. Please complete your documents before your appointment.

Yes. I provide mobile notary services throughout my service area and can meet you at your home, workplace, hospital, assisted living facility, coffee shop, jails, or other mutually agreed-upon location.
How much does a mobile notary appointment cost?

Do you offer same-day appointments?

Remote Online Notarization allows documents to be notarized online using secure audio-video technology instead of meeting in person.
Can I get my document notarized online from anywhere in the United States?
Yes. As an Arizona Remote Online Notary, I can generally notarize documents for signers located anywhere within the United States, provided all legal requirements are met.
What do I need for an online notarization?
You will need: A computer, tablet, or smartphone, Internet access, A camera and microphone, A valid government-issued photo ID, The document to be notarized
How does identity verification work online?
Before the notarization, you will complete identity verification through a secure platform that may include credential analysis and knowledge-based authentication questions.
Are online notarizations legally valid?
Yes. Properly completed Remote Online Notarizations are legally valid under Arizona law and are widely accepted throughout the United States.
How do I join the online appointment?
I will send you a link via email for the online appointment. To enter the appointment, click on the link at the designed appointment time.
Loan Signing Questions
Do you handle loan signings?
Yes. I provide professional loan signing services for buyers, sellers, refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and other real estate transactions.
Are you a licensed title officer or attorney?
No. I am an independent notary public for the state of Arizona and cannot provide legal, financial, or title advice.
Will you return documents to the title company?
Yes. Loan packages are returned promptly according to the title company’s instructions.

How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment by: calling or texting me or by completing the appointment request form available on this website
What payment methods do you accept?
Please contact me for current payment options. Many customers pay by cash, credit/debit card, or electronic payment methods.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please contact me as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not incur a cancellation fee.
